Do you know that there is a stall that sells delicious roast duck in Ayer Itam? Head over to “Restoran Chu Yoke Weng” at Bee San Coffee Shop in Ayer Itam/Rifle Range traffic light junction. This stall sells Pei Pah Arp. It is different from the normal roast duck because these ducks are slit open flat for roasting.
Before they serve the duck, it is slightly deep fried again. The skin is crispy and yet the meat remain tender and juicy. The thick sauce is rich in herbs and garlic but is slightly salty.

The duck portion comes in a serving of half or a whole duck. Half a duck cost RM17.00 and the whole duck RM34.00. Besides the Pei Pah Arp, they also sell other varities of roast meat and chicken.
