The Spice Brasserie is the dining venue. Set within the hotel lobby, the brasserie with its charming surrounds and floor-to-ceiling windows offers a pleasant buffet dining experience.
There are the cold cuts, and also the Japanese fare with an assortment of sushi and maki moriawase with different fillings of shellfish. For a more indulgent treat, there is an array of seafood on ice, where you will find large prawns, scallop, flower crabs, langoustines, and mussels.
