MeatMore KL’s Meat Specialist which occupies a spot in the golden triangle of Bukit Bintang in Kuala Lumpur, officially opens its doors this October 2023. It was meaty happiness at the special grand opening event which was graced with the presence of HRH Sultanah Kalsom.
The modern swanky looking steakhouse spearheaded by Chef James Won delights both connoisseurs and the curious with its wide array of premium meats sourced from Australia, Japan, New Zealand, and USA.
Everyone enjoyed the music, wines, besides having the taste buds tantalized by the full-flavored premium meats cooked over charcoal. Complementing the meal was a variety of side dishes such as mac and cheese, fries, and healthier options of charcoal-roasted cauliflower, and Caesar salad. The crunchy fries done with beef oil made a delicious side dish.
As for drinks, discover a comprehensive selection of innovative cocktails designed by Grand Champion mixologist, Kenzo from Japan. He proudly whips up playful fiery and refreshing cocktails with blends of local spices and herbs, and bartending flair performance.
MeatMore has an al fresco outdoor dining area while its indoor floor is divvied up into an open kitchen, bar, and spacious dining area – Blue Cow and Chef’s Table. Another section leads to the luxurious Mortlach Room, a private nook (seating capacity of 12 pax) ideal for more intimate and private gatherings with shelf space displayed with fine aged Scottish single malt whisky.
