You could start by choosing the soup. There is a handful of choices – beauty collagen bone soup, salted vege soup, and tomato soup with a nice level of acidity.

On the other hand, the ingredients menu is quite extensive, with the usual hotpot offerings of seafood, poultries, pork, beef, beancurd, vegetables, and noodles. The seafood was fresh and one that was absolutely sublime was the handmade bamboo shrimp paste served over ice. For those hankering for innards, simply check out the duck tongue, beef tripe, pork aorta, and duck intestines.

A condiment made of coriander, parsley, garlic, and chilies, combined with oyster sauce and their house sesame oil offers spicy heat and a burst of fresh flavours. The waiting staff will have the condiment prepared right before you.

The restaurant also offers many side dishes on the menu, with options like fried spam, dumplings, fried fish skin, and crispy pork. If you have room, the fried spam is excellent.
