The spread of Penang-style Nyonya dishes include creations like Jiu Hoo Char, Assam King Prawns, Seabass with Nyonya Sauce, Claypot Curry Chicken, Fried Chicken with Homemade Shrimp Paste, Loh Bak and Poh Piah, Crispy and Golden Brown Egg Omelette, Chicken Soup, and a sweet delight of Bee Koh Moey with coconut cream.
The dishes are prepared by the hotel culinary team with the special participation of the hotel’s managing director Ms. Catherine. She has trained the team to replicate the much-loved family recipes passed on through her maternal Penang Nyonya lineage.
