Three Tiers Ice Cream Brand is in Penang and the handcrafted ice cream is available for scooping at its shop in Lorong Ceylon. The brand founded by Genevia Chin Jia Yi will be sure to put a smile on your face with its range of regulars flavors and also limited editions which are only around for a certain time.

The shop has a menu premiering creamy alcoholic and non-alcoholic ice cream in different size options. The price tag for the 100ml non-alcoholic ice cream is at RM10. The variety of flavors include: Yogurt Sour Cherry, Salted Caramel, Pandan Gula Melaka, Matcha, French Vanilla, Earl Grey, 85% Dark Chocolate, and the Breakfast Cereal. We ordered the Salted Caramel, which we found tasty with light sweetness.
The alcoholic 100ml version is priced at RM12 each and come in many flavors, namely Shandy Sorbet, Lemonade Beer Sorbet, Rum & Raisins, Guinness Stout, Smoked Chocolate Whiskey, and Coffee Bourbon. For those who like chocolate, the Smoked Chocolate Whisky with subtle presence of whisky and strong dose of chocolate is really the choice for you.
Certain alcoholic flavors are available in the 470ml package. Flavors like Rum & Raisins, and Guinness Stout are some of the offerings and are priced from RM40 to RM44.
A unique offering available for this festive Chinese New Year is the Bah Kwa flavor (barbeque dried meat). The flavor go so far beyond the ordinary, with the ice cream infused with generous amount of sweet salty Bah Kwa bites. This flavor is only available for a limited time (until this end February 2023), so do hurry to get a taste of it before it’s gone.

The rich, creamy Three Tiers ice cream is becoming a favorite for many and we can look forward to more new flavors handcrafted by Genevia. The ice cream is available for scooping every Friday, Saturday and Sunday (from 2pm till 9 pm).
