G Hotel Gurney located on Gurney Drive, Penang, has finally reopened in December 2022 to welcome guests with new exciting accommodation and dining experience after undergoing a revamp for nine months.

Exquisite new facilities, vibrant lifestyle experiences and exclusive dining concepts are designed for international visitors and Malaysians to meet, stay, shop, dine and celebrate in the prime Gurney Drive area.
A new addition to the design-led hotel with modern contemporary architecture & opulent interior designs can best be described as an elevated lobby and cafe, which has moved from its previous ground floor to a new spot on level three of the building. This new level encompasses convenience and trend, giving guests the convenience of checking-in to having a quick afternoon tea catch-up session or settling into the evening by with a favourite drink at the lounge.
On the other hand, the ground and first floor of the hotel will witness a transformation to a new playing ground with the birth of Central@Gurney, a new nexus with more than 20 food and beverage outlets. Central@Gurney is expected to open its doors to the public by Q1 2023.
