At Sarkies, one can check out its many menus for the Chinese New Year Reunion Dinner and also the Chap Goh Meh (the last day of the Chinese New Year celebrations).
Be sure to sample the fresh salad, warming soups, and Chinese New Year goodies such as the signature Roasted Duck, Roasted Lamb Leg, Roasted Prime Beef, and Herbal Chicken. There are also many varieties of Yee Sang platters – Vegetarian Yee Sang, Fresh Salmon Sashimi Yee Sang, and Sliced Abalone Yee Sang.

The Planters Lounge located on the 6th floor with view of the Andaman Sea serves menus of hearty steamboat cum bbq. Getting the best table to enjoy the food as you take in the view will be extraordinarily cool.
Priced at RM228 nett per adult and RM138 nett for kids and senior citizen, the Steamboat & BBQ Buffet Reunion Dinner is an option not to be missed. Start off with the tossing of the Fresh Salmon Sashimi Yee Sang before heading to choose your ingredients to create your perfect steamboat pot which comes in clear chicken broth and tom yam broth.

For ingredients of the steamboat, there is an array of fresh seafood, beef, lamb, chicken, duck, sui kaw & wanton dumpling, fish ball, vegetables, bean curd, and noodles.

Continue to fill in your appetite with the main courses of Lotus Fried Rice, and Wok-Fried Longevity Noodles before heading to the BBQ counter which takes place at the outdoor area of the restaurant.
The BBQ counter showcases a list of tiger prawns, slipper lobster, salmon fillet, red snapper, minute steak, chicken tandoori sausage, lamb, and chicken kebab skewer. For those who need more sauce, there is the bearnise, mint, black pepper, lemon butter, mustard, and thyme jus.

Warm and cold desserts are indeed comforting after the savory dishes. Be sure to end off with the line-up of luscious Mandarin Orange Panna Cotta, Lychee Mousse Cake, Sago Gula Melaka, Bubur Cha-Cha, and Chendol Cake.
