Located on G Hotel Kelawai’s lobby level, the 2PM Lounge offers inviting environs for an afternoon tea session in Penang. 
The delicately decorated 2PM Lounge welcomes its visitors with its Afternoon Tea, from 2pm till 5pm, seven days a week. You get to enjoy a three-tiered silver stand of treats that include homemade scones, fruit tartlets, macarons, French pastries and a pot of tea of your choice.
Priced at RM50 nett per set for two person’s sharing portion, it makes for an inviting tea time treat.
Besides the Afternoon Tea, you can hype up your tea time with a dose of chocolatey goodness. The Chocolate Bomb is the special highlight for the month of September 2018, available from 2pm till 5pm daily, at only RM25.
Implode the sinfully rich chocolate bomb by lathering hot chocolate sauce all over it. Amazingly, it unearths a sweet explosion of vanilla ice cream, fresh fruits, and cake.
You can pair the Afternoon Tea with additional savory snacks such as Salmon Bagel, Toasted Tuna Sandwich, Togarishi Rings, Chicken In Basket, Lamb & Potato, and selection of pizzas. For cheese lovers, the Quattro Formaggio Pizza with gorgonzola, mozzarella, parmesan, and cheddar is a must-try.
The food comes with prices ranging from RM25 to RM38.

There are also notable mocktails curated by in-house mixologists like the ice blended Watermelon Pudina, Pink Perfection and the signature Jk Jam made with a blend of orange, mango, lychee, grenadine, and lemonade juice.
If you’re in the mood for a glass of energy booster, I highly recommended the Sour Gourd, which is a blend of bitter gourd with apple and sour plum.
