The bistro located in Bay Avenue, Bayan Lepas is offering the champagne brunch on the every first Saturday of the month. The brunch excels at a menu which focus on free flow of champagne with choices of charcoal grilled crustaceans along with sides from a semi-buffet spread.

For this exciting promotion, a range of Nicolas Feuillatte champagnes has been chosen to complement the seafood spread. A great kick-start to the bubbly would be the elegant and well-balanced Nicolas Feuillatte “One Four” Brut and the delicate Nicolas Feuillatte “One Four” Rose.

These two sparkling with floral and delicately fruity notes marries well with the various types of seafood prepared by Chef Shohei Kawakami.

It’s time to indulge in the selections, and the stars of the day are definitely the mud crabs and prawns. The grilled seafood with great charcoal-fired aroma will keep coming until you draw the line. The crabs are simply gorgeous, with juicy succulent flesh!

Another accompanying seafood dish is the ebi karaage – surprisingly good with juices of lemon.

Vino Vino Bistro’s Saturday Free Flow Champagne Brunch is available only on every first Saturday of the month, from 11.30am to 2pm. Priced at only RM180++ per person, it is a bubbly way to while away a Saturday with friends and family.
