What would be more romantic for Valentine’s Day than celebrating love and romance at the many dining outlets in Parkroyal Penang Resort?
Valentine’s Day is sweet and what better way to say ‘I love you’ with a sweet surprise like the Lovebirds Tea Set for Two. The Valentine’s themed tea set priced at RM98 nett per couple is available from 1st till 29th February 2016, from 2pm till 6pm. You have a choice of venue – either Sunset Bar or Javana Lounge to share the tea moments.
Besides the sweet Valentine’ Day pick, get into the mood of love with the savory offering of Pizza In Love. The adorable cheesy heart-shaped pizza is available at all the outlets at RM45nett per serving.
At Uncle Zack By The Beach, diners can indulge in the tasty “Love Bite” menu during the Valentine’s Month of Love Special. The scenery provides the perfect backdrop to celebrate the romantic evening.
The “Love Bite” is served for the pleasure of two, and comes with a five-course meal inclusive of a glass of wine, cocktail or mocktail. The lady will also receive a red rose. The menu starts from 1st February until 29th February 2016 except 14th February 2016, from 6:30pm to 10:30pm.
Diners can enjoy the starter of Pan Seared Scallops with Orange, Jalapeno Dressing and Balsamic Glaze. Then there is the creamy Truffle Mushroom Soup, followed by the mango sorbet. The fruity sorbet with natural sweetness is offered to cleanse one’s palate.
As for the main course, diners can choose from a selection of fish, beef or lamb. All the dishes are served with sides of Roasted Heart Shaped Potatoes, Broccoli Gratin Marinated Bell Pepper and Vine Tomatoes. The sauce is served separately.
The Herb Roasted Lamb Loin is beautifully prepared with Tender Lamb Loin Marinated In Wine, Olive Oil, Garlic and Herbs. The Garlic–Basil Infused Lamb Stock Reduction added flavor to the meat.
The Grilled Hervey’s Rib-Eye Beef With Fresh Herbs make up for the beef dish. Prepared to your degree of choice, the meat is served with Morel Cream Sauce.
For those who prefer fish, you can opt for the Almond Crusted Barramundi Fillet with Capers and Chardonnay Veloute. The fish is lightly seasoned, flaky, and the almond brings a layer of crunchiness to the dish.
Dessert follows suit, giving a happy sweet ending to the meal. The Cupid’s Trio dessert comes with mixed flavors of Spiced Red Velvet Cake, Dark Chocolate Berry Basket and Apple Filled With Vanilla Ice Cream.
Other celebration of love and romance at Uncle Zack By The Beach include the Valentine’s Fireworks Buffet Dinner which offers a feast of buffet, a rose, a special cocktail and entertainment by the strolling band, priced at RM158 per adult.
