Miraku Japanese Restaurant – Salmon & Bonito Tuna September Promotion

We continued on with this two chef’s recommended Salmon dishes. This Special Dragon Roll has grilled prawns as its filling and topped with fresh salmon plus mayonnaise sauce.

As the night progressed, we were presented with the Special Sake set comprising a number of  dishes. It includes salad, sliced salmon sashimi, grilled salmon, sushi, soup, chawan mushi and a dessert. An excellent value for this large salmon set at RM42. The big plate itself comes with the Salmon Sushi (left), Salmon Maki and the Aburi Salmon Sushi. Indeed nice to savor the raw Salmon Sushi and the blazed Aburi Sushi at the same time.

We enjoyed the meal with some chilled sake. This time around I had a glass of the Sayuri and Hatkusuru which were selected by the host. The sake were smooth, although the cloudy Sayuri was the more drinkable of the two for me personally. It is slightly sweet with a mild floral flavor but indeed both were enjoyable all the same.

I had a great time enjoying the above dishes in Miraku that evening. Thanks again to the hosts for the warm hospitality. Japanese food lovers should drop in to Miraku to enjoy the special dishes for the current September promotion that runs until end of October.

Miraku customers can enjoy one for one on selected beverages during Happy Hour starting from 6pm to 7pm every Monday to Thursday. The beverages are Tiger Draft, Carlsberg, Asahi Beer, Sapporo Beer, Kirin Beer, hot Sake Tokuri, cold Sake Tokuri and soft drinks.
