I always look forward for dessert. Mervyn continued delighting us with cold dessert of Cendol, Sago Nangka, Ice Kacang and Cendol Mango. Some of my friend’s preferred the Ice Kacang while others like the Sago Nangka which goes well with the fragrant coconut milk. My favorite was the Chendol with kidney beans, palm sugar and coconut milk. All were delicately sweetened and enjoyable to the palate, perfect ending to the meal.

Many thanks to Uncle Robert and Mervyn for inviting us and their effort in bringing so many delicious Penang Hawker and Nyonya food to Kuala Lumpur. The restaurant was packed with a waiting queue during that lunch hour, a good sign that shows that this is a favorite place for this type of authentic cuisine.

They still keep to the original recipe of cooking the dishes and emphasis on the fresh ingredients, spices and herbs that is mostly sourced from Penang with frequent trips back to the island.
